Why I Built This
If you've worked in ops, you know the feeling: you already know what needs to be done—but actually doing it takes forever.
First comes the alignment. You need buy-in on the strategy, you have to explain why it matters, and you have to be honest about how long it'll take. Then comes the build. Clicking through options, waiting for saves, testing, tweaking, clicking some more. It all adds up.
I kept asking myself: what if ops professionals—especially those new to their roles—could implement best practices immediately? What if they could demo the options with minimal setup to speed up alignment, then make adjustments without starting from scratch? What if they could kick off a program and walk into a meeting knowing that reports are generating and lists are building in the background—without the endless clicks?
That's why I built Nth° Ops.
